What $2,300 Rents In LA Right Now

Miracle Mile

This one-bedroom apartment has a stellar location—just a two-block walk away from LACMA and the other Museum Mile institutions. Even without the proximity to fun museums, the apartment has a lot going for it: hardwood floors throughout, arched doorways and niches, a Batchelder-tiled (decorative) fireplace, a formal dining room, and parking for one car. It rents for $2,400.

Located right across the street from the Central Library in Downtown LA, this one-bedroom condo is in the heart of Downtown. The apartment has tall ceilings, wood floors, and in-unit laundry, plus access to the complex’s gym and oasis-like sundeck. It rents for $2,400.
